I don’t usually comment or write about the American Judicial system and its rampant corruption. Today, however, I am willing to break my own rules of commentary and give you "my opinion" on the latest monkey court decision and its absurdity, regarding the drunken teenager whose arrogant narcissist upbringing caused the death of four innocent people. A decision, rendered by a Judge who, in this writer’s opinion must have succumbed to the side effects of political flatulence aka “bribery” and anal lubrication by the “affluent” 1%; whose deep pockets places them above the law.
I am referring of course to the decision taken by State
District Judge Jean Boyd to allow a rich spoiled teenager who killed four
innocent people, to go free. Instead of
sending the little bastard to jail for twenty years, she gave him a relaxing -
year long vacation in a swanky rehab “spa", where his mommy and daddy can go
anytime to see him ride horses, swim in the pool and socialize with the
rich and famous . WTF!
The idiotic judge seems to think that because this damn ass
is super rich and has been spoiled all his life, he is free of any accountability for his actions because he lacks the cognitive ability to determine what’s right and what’s wrong. Apparently he had run-ins with the law before
but daddy’s money always got him off. I
assure you had this happened elsewhere in the world, this little fuck would have
his head hanging from one tree and his body from another. Only in a debauched, corrupt, perverted
socially declining society like the USA could someone like this punk walk away
from a crime like this with his balls still attached to his scrotum. I guess when you are a privileged white with a judge under your sheets...you get away with murder. I don't give a rat's ass what excuse psychologists and psychiatrists put forth for his actions... had this little bastard been of a different skin color or different financial status, his ass would have been the daily entertainment of some inmate in some federal prison.
I suppose those underage criminals who are in jail for many
years who came from poor destitute broken homes can now call their lawyers and
claim innocence based on destitutENZA or
poorENZA or any other kind of …..ENZA they can think of? And if not, why NOT? Same basic principal. One can lack the ability to recognize right
from wrong because one is poverty-stricken and needs to survive, just as one can lack the ability to recognize right from wrong because
of his wealthy upbringing the now famous -AFFLUENZA defence. WTF people WTF! What’s this society coming to? But then again
this is the USA we are talking about…the land of the stupid and the home of Sarah
Palin. A country where money can buy you
politicians, judges, bankers, officers of the law, and corporate elite.

ReplyDeleteFollowing the judge's logic that it was not his fault because of his upbringing, does it not follow then if his upbringing was the culprit shouldn't the providers of that upbringing be held responsible ie. his parents, and be thrown in jail? But then again like the Dr. is saying who are we kidding this is America and money talks. Who are they going to hold accountable for this crime? Anyone?
